Kamu juga harus bersaksi

Yoh 15:26	Jikalau Penghibur yang akan Kuutus dari Bapa datang, yaitu Roh Kebenaran yang keluar dari Bapa, Ia akan bersaksi tentang Aku.
Yoh 15:27	Tetapi kamu juga harus bersaksi, karena kamu dari semula bersama-sama dengan Aku."

Yoh 16:1	"Semuanya ini Kukatakan kepadamu, supaya kamu jangan kecewa dan menolak Aku.
Yoh 16:2	Kamu akan dikucilkan, bahkan akan datang saatnya bahwa setiap orang yang membunuh kamu akan menyangka bahwa ia berbuat bakti bagi Allah.
Yoh 16:3	Mereka akan berbuat demikian, karena mereka tidak mengenal baik Bapa maupun Aku.
Yoh 16:4	Tetapi semuanya ini Kukatakan kepadamu, supaya apabila datang saatnya kamu ingat, bahwa Aku telah mengatakannya kepadamu." (16-4b) "Hal ini tidak Kukatakan kepadamu dari semula, karena selama ini Aku masih bersama-sama dengan kamu

RENUNGAN

Tuhan Yesus Kristus akan selalu menyertai murid - murid Nya, Tuhan Yesus Kristus akan mengutus Roh Kebenaran agar murid - murid dapat bersaksi kepada semua orang. Bahwa menjadi murid - murid Nya akan mendapatkan tantangan, mungkin orang akan mencoba membunuh murid - murid Nya oleh sebab itu janganlah kecewa dan menolak Tuhan sebab Tuhan mengetahui itulah yang akan terjadi murid -murid Nya dan Tuhan akan selalu menyertai melaui Roh Kebenaran. 

Mungkin memang tidak mudah menjadi murid Kristus tidaklah semudah yang kita, karena dunia tidak mengenal Kristus tentulah mereka akan menolak kita, dan mungkin mencoba mencelakakan kita. Namun memang semua itu harus terjadi kepada kita sebagai murid - murid Kristus karena dunia tidak mengenal Kristus. 

Untuk itu kita perlu menyebarkan injil dan menuruti perintah Tuhan Yesus dalam hidup ini agar kita dapat hidup dengan baik, dan minta Tuhan Yesus mengirimkan Roh Kebenaran di saat - saat yang memang kita perlukan. Untuk itu marilah kita bersaksi di dalam nama Tuhan Yesus

Aku ingin bersaksi di dalam nama Mu TuhanYesus

Utuslah Roh Kebenaran dimana aku memerlukan kesaksian Ya Tuhan

John 15:26 "When the Advocate comes, whom I will send to you from the Father—the Spirit of truth who goes out from the Father—he will testify about me.

John 15:27 And you also must testify, for you have been with me from the beginning.

John 16:1 "All this I have told you so that you will not fall away.

John 16:2 They will put you out of the synagogue; in fact, the time is coming when anyone who kills you will think they are offering a service to God.

John 16:3 They will do such things because they have not known the Father or me.

John 16:4 I have told you this, so that when their time comes you will remember that I warned you about them. I did not tell you this from the beginning because I was with you, but now I am going to him who sent me."

REFLECTION

Lord Jesus Christ will always accompany His disciples. He will send the Spirit of Truth so that the disciples can testify to everyone. Being His disciples will come with challenges; people may try to kill them. Therefore, do not be discouraged or reject the Lord because He knows what will happen to His disciples, and the Lord will always be present through the Spirit of Truth.

It may not be easy to be a disciple of Christ; it is not as easy as we might think. Since the world does not know Christ, they will likely reject us and may even try to harm us. However, all these things must happen to us as disciples of Christ because the world does not know Christ.

Therefore, we need to spread the gospel and obey the commands of the Lord Jesus in this life so that we can live well, and ask the Lord Jesus to send the Spirit of Truth when we need it. Let us testify in the name of the Lord Jesus.

PRAYER

O Lord Jesus Christ,

I want to testify in Your name, Lord Jesus

Send the Spirit of Truth where I need testimony, O Lord
