Luk 7:13 | Dan ketika Tuhan melihat janda itu, tergeraklah hati-Nya oleh belas kasihan, lalu Ia berkata kepadanya: "Jangan menangis!" |
Luk 7:14 | Sambil menghampiri usungan itu Ia menyentuhnya, dan sedang para pengusung berhenti, Ia berkata: "Hai anak muda, Aku berkata kepadamu, bangkitlah!" |

REFLECTION
Jesus raised someone who was already dead. The words of the Lord Jesus are full of power and victory over death; His power can bring the dead back to life. The Word of God is what Jesus spoke to the young man, and even death cannot control Him.
His compassion for someone suffering is immense; Lord Jesus felt and was moved by the mother's grief. That's why the young man was raised.
PRAYER:
Lord, may I move Your heart, O Father,
For Your mercy means so much to me,
The radiance of Your love soothes me,
Your love is so great that not even death can prevail,
May Your love always illuminate my life,
Amen.
